Who should attend?

This training course is for General Practice Nurses (GPNs) and Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) involved in the safe administration of Vitamin B12 injections to adult patients with Vitamin B12 deficiency.

What will I learn?

In this peer-to-peer training course, nurses and HCAs will learn to train adult patients on how to safely self-administer Vitamin B12 injections.

The course will be deliver by an Annie Barr Training nurse highly experienced in the management and training of patients with Vitamin B12 deficiency.

The objective is to improve patient care by making users more independent and reduce frequent visits to their GPs to receive Vitamin B12 shots.
